Create the account for your business. Company is already selected, because Managed Apps are for businesses only. In the account you order Managed Apps yourself, in the portal or with gh0stcli. The account costs a €9.99 base fee per month, plus usage and a platform share on that usage. You see the service fee of each app before you order.

Usage

Compute, storage and traffic are billed by what you actually use, at the rates in force right now. A platform share on that usage comes on top, quoted at its maximum.
