Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. For third-party information that we store or transmit for customers, the liability rules of Art. 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) apply. Under those rules, we are not obliged to monitor this information generally or to actively seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or disable access to information under general law remain unaffected. As soon as we become aware of a specific infringement, we act without undue delay.
