Withdrawal Instructions

The following instructions apply to consumers (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code). Anyone who concludes a contract in the course of a commercial or independent professional activity has no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (gh0stservice GmbH, Else-Lang-Str. 10, 50858 Köln, Germany, phone: +49 152 59647188, email: support@gh0stservice.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://gh0stservice.com/en/withdrawal ("Vertrag widerrufen" (Withdraw from contract), linked in the footer of every page). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without undue delay, containing the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Additional information

The following notes are not part of the statutory model withdrawal instructions. They explain how a withdrawal works in practice at gh0stcloud.

Start of performance. When you register, you expressly request that we start performing the service before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm that you know your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract. Your account and the platform are therefore available to you immediately.

Credit top-ups. Each credit top-up is a separate payment that you can withdraw within fourteen days of the top-up. We refund the part of the topped-up credit that has not been used when your withdrawal reaches us. The part already used corresponds to the value of the services provided until then. So that as much refundable credit as possible remains, we first use credit that expires sooner and your starting credit.

Starting credit. The free starting credit is a price reduction. It is not paid out on withdrawal.

Online withdrawal. The "Vertrag widerrufen" (Withdraw from contract) function only asks for your name, the contract you want to withdraw from and the email address for the acknowledgement of receipt. No sign-in is required.
